Name:		We recommend that you enter the last name and the first few letters of the first name for the county only search.
County:		You can search an individual county or search the entire state at one time.

Selecting advance search options could exclude files where race, gender and birthdate are not specified.

Sex:	Male Female	We recommend that you select the sex even if the name is obviously male or female.
Date of Birth:		In the all-county index, search results will include name matches with birth dates 5 years either side of the date of birth you enter. Records in which the DOB was not entered by the clerk will not be displayed For the single county index, only exact matches for the date of birth you enter will be displayed, along with records that carry no date of birth at all. We recommend that you do not narrow the single county search with the date of birth.
Race:		If you don't select a race, all races with name matches will be displayed. Race is sometimes not entered in the court record information. We recommend that if you know the race of the subject , select none here and look for match to race in the results.
